Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a number activation within 20 minutes if you have not received an OTP code. Upon successful cancellation, the amount will be instantly refunded to your account balance.

Note: If an OTP code has been received, the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed automatically to your Temp OTP wallet balance for failed or cancelled activations.

We generally do not offer refunds to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, crypto) once funds are added to your balance, except in cases where the service is completely unavailable for an extended period.
